Tasks & responsibilities
- Representing the Company for all Customs transactions including Import and Export.
- Appraising shipments in accordance with requirements.
- Liaising with government bodies to obtain requirements for shipments.
- Handle inquiries regarding customs regulatory and tariffs
- Handle import and export regulatories
- Compute duties and taxes
- Ensure accuracy of vessel departure report
- Reparing and processing documents necessary for clearing shipments.
- Keeping records of company documents, transactions and shipments
- Coordination of Shipment from China to Warehouse
- Performs other duties as assigned
