Job Description

• Coordinates with the consultant and ensures that the approved plan is executed properly
• Punchlisting of finished units
• Control RAF and RFI for approval
• Updates Construction Bulletin
• Serves as management representative

Qualifications

• Licensed Architect
• at least 5 years experience in design or project management of high rise residential building
• knowledgeable in building laws and regulations
