About the Role

Summary You will serve as a Legislative Affairs Specialist in the Office of Legislative and Intergovernmental Affairs (OLIA). As a Legislative Affairs Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating with internal and external partners of OLIA, in support of the legislative agenda for the Agency, and its representation before State legislative bodies and elected officials. Responsibilities Duties described below are at the highest grade advertised. Duties assigned at lower grade levels will be of more limited scope, performed with less independence and limited complexity; duties will be commensurate with the grade of selected employee. Responsible for all aspects of legislative liaison; legislative text review, analysis, and reporting, for all assigned program areas with NASA's Congressional Authorization and Appropriations Committees.
