POST: Legal Manager/ Legal Adviser

 Location: thane Mumbai 

Job Profile: 

 Researching and identifying any legal risks in the real estate documentations

 Writing and checking of legal documents

 Negotiation of terms and conditions

 Communicating the laws and regulations required for real estate transactions to the clients

Assisting in drafting real estate transactions

 Work with Group Compliance Officer

 Drafting of documents – Agreement, Power of attorney, Flat sale agreement, Affidavits, etc.

 Negotiating real estate contract terms and conditions.

 Land Acquisition / Redevelopment / Self Development, Due diligence, Ability to execute Land

documents, joint ventures, Title report or title study

 Reviewing and preparing leases and amendments.

 Representation in RERA department went require...
