A client from a Public Listed Company based in Selangor is hiring a Legal Manager to oversee litigation and dispute resolution matters.
about the job

• Manage civil & commercial litigation and coordinate with external solicitors and authorities
• Provide legal advice to internal stakeholders on operational and contractual matters
• Draft, review, and vet contracts and legal documents
• Develop litigation strategies and manage ongoing cases
• Assess legal risks and support compliance with applicable laws and internal policies
• Support corporate exercises and ensure proper legal documentation and reporting

• LLB and called to the Malaysian Bar
• 6-7 years’ experience, with strong exposure to civil litigation
• Exposure to PLC environment is required
