About the Role

CWT Pte Limited is seeking a practical, business-minded law graduate to join our Group Headquarters Legal team in Singapore as a Legal Executive. This role offers valuable hands-on, in-house experience, working closely with diverse business units across the CWT Group. You will be involved in a broad range of legal matters-including M&A, financing, warehousing, logistics, technology, and maintenance projects-supporting core operations in Singapore as well as cross-border initiatives across Asia and Europe.

Key Responsibilities

• Commercial Contracts : Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of commercial agreements (including logistics, warehousing, NDAs, maintenance, and other finance-related contracts) to safeguard the Group's interests.
