Legal Counsel

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for drafting and reviewing legal documents and providing holistic risk assessment and suggestions to enhance business value while mitigating downside risk across multiple areas of the company.
• Assist in the negotiation of investment contracts and agreements, and support in a variety of transactional and corporate governance initiatives.
• Assist in liaising with regulatory bodies and authorities to obtain necessary approvals and licenses.
• Navigate licensing requirements for digital assets-related activities, such as digital payment services and digital assets management.
• Monitor and interpret evolving regulations and guidelines in the crypto and blockchain space.

Job Requirements:

• A bachelor’s or Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school in a common law jurisdiction, admitted to the bar is highly preferred.
