About the Role

The opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced and versatile lawyer to join our legal team based in Singapore. Reporting to the Singapore and Southeast Asia General Counsel, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and support across a broad range of matters, including dispute resolution, investigations, regulatory matters, and commercial contracting.
Your Key Responsibilities

This role is cross-border, and the work can be complex and diverse. It requires logical, practical thinking and solid experience across contentious and non-contentious matters. You will be expected to travel.

Your responsibilities include:
Managing and advising on litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution matters across Southeast Asia, including instructing and managing external counsel, developing case strategy, overseeing document review and discovery, and advising business teams on risk exposure and settlement considerations
