Coordinate and maintain contracts supporting the buying and selling of physical crude oil, refined products, and renewable products across the Asia Pacific region Draft, process, and oversee legal documents such as Purchase and Sales Agreements, Storage Agreements, and Tenders Act as the primary point of contact to coordinate and lead negotiations with third parties regarding any contract discrepancies Negotiate and manage Brokerage Agreements, Clearing Broker Agreements, and broker commissions. Continuously evaluate and enhance the processes, rules, and protocols for the administration and execution of all agreements Interact effectively within a team environment, proactively sharing knowledge and maintaining clear communication across departments
