Compensation: $130–$170/hour

Commitment: 40 hours/week

• Create and review realistic legal scenarios, including private equity transactions, cross-border M&A, and leveraged buyouts.
• Simulate fund formation, regulatory filings, and deal structuring to enhance AI model training
