Legal Compliance Analyst Our client is seeking a sharp, proactive Legal Compliance Analyst to join their dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will provide vital administrative and general support to the Compliance function while partnering closely with the Legal team on strategic, company-wide projects. Key Responsibilities Working alongside an established compliance team, you will: KYC & Due Diligence: Execute Know Your Customer (KYC) onboarding, prepare compliance plans for customers/UBOs, and conduct critical trade route due diligence on airline customers. Screening & Monitoring: Run watchlist screenings for transactions and prospective vendors, complete annual reviews, and stay ahead of changes in local laws and regulations. Reporting & Governance: Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual compliance reporting, while maintaining robust compliance policies and procedures.
