Lecturer in Psychology (Internal only)

The Post

The University of Stirling is seeking to appoint an outstanding Psychologist (Teaching & Scholarship) in the Faculty of Natural Sciences. The post holder will be involved in the teaching, coordination, and development of our BPS accredited programmes. We welcome applications from psychologists working across all areas of the field, and particularly developmental and health psychology and research methods, including qualitative methods. We also seek applicants with a demonstrated track record of focus on student experience.

Applicants with experience of teaching international students or Masters-level teaching are particularly encouraged to apply.

As well as teaching responsibilities, the post holder will act as personal tutor to our students, engage in pedagogical research and scholarship on student engagement and effective community building, and play an active role in sharing expertise across the Faculty and University.
