Responsibilities

• Manage leasing operations for commercial and residential properties, including lease preparation, renewals, and tenant onboarding.
• Monitor occupancy levels and support initiatives to maximize property utilization and revenue.
• Conduct market research and analyze rental trends to recommend competitive leasing rates.
• Handle tenant inquiries, requests, and complaints to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with legal, finance, and other stakeholders on lease agreements, collections, and dispute resolution.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants, investors, and external stakeholders.
