Leasing Manager

Our client is currently hiring for the position of Leasing Manager.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize occupancy rates and rental growth. This includes managing property listings on portals and social media to attract leads.
• Oversee the preparation and execution of lease agreements, renewals, and addendums, ensuring they comply with company policies and legal requirements.
• Lead high-level negotiations between property owners and prospective tenants to finalize mutually beneficial terms.
• Serve as the primary liaison for tenant concerns, resolving disputes and managing move-in/move-out procedures to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct ongoing market research to stay informed on local trends and competitive pricing, providing regular reports to management.
• Train and mentor leasing agents, coordinating their activities to meet revenue and performance goals.
