Reports to the Centre Manager with specific responsibilities for the leasing, marketing and lease management activities of the shopping mall including implementing strategies to maximize rental and occupancy within the shopping mall.

• Planning and implementing the tenancy mix in a retail mall.
• Involved in formulating, developing and implementing marketing strategies.
• Plan, establish and maintain good landlord-tenant relationships.
