About the Role

Learning Support Coordinator

Site: Post holder will work across all centres (North London/Hertfordshire).
Reports to: Deputy Chief Executive.
Hours of work: 35 hours per week.
Salary band: £34,000 to £39,000.

Overall Purpose

  1. Ensure a consistent, high‑quality provision of learning, social, and personal development support across the organisation for learners with special education needs and disabilities (SENDD).
  2. Support and collaborate with teaching staff in adapting course curriculums and developing teaching and assessment strategies to meet the needs of SEND learners.
  3. Coordinate the work of a team of Learning Support Assistants, providing leadership and mentoring.
  4. Summarise identified learning, social, and personal development needs and ensure an individual learning plan is in place.
