Supply Desk are looking for a dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Worthing that we are partnered with, and provide high-quality, tailored support to pupils with EHCPs.
You’ll work closely with children who need additional help with communication, emotional regulation, and access to learning—using effective and structured routines, behaviour management techniques, and a nurturing approach to help them thrive.
