Learning Partner

The Learning Partner provides strategic learning advisory and implements high-impact learning and development (L&D) interventions. This role is instrumental in enabling continuous workforce upskilling, leadership excellence, and organisational development to support Income Insurance’s strategic growth, transformation, and competitive edge in the insurance sector.

Responsibilities

1. Learning Advisory & Pathway Design

• Business Partnering: Partner closely with business leaders and HR Business Partners (HRBPs) across various business units to support capability building.
• Curriculum Design: Translate organisational needs into structured learning pathways and implementation plans.
