WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?Join a team driving enterprise-wide GenAI and AI learning adoption across multiple lines of business. In this role, you will manage the operational engine behind training delivery, ensuring sessions are scheduled, participants are engaged, progress is tracked, learning programs run smoothly at scale. You will help turn AI learning strategy into consistent, measurable execution across the organization, with real autonomy to design how delivery works across geographies and time zones.WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Manage training schedules, registrations, logistics, and facility coordination across all RBC lines of business and geographies

Coordinate train-the-trainer cohorts, calendars, workshops, office hours, and role-champion activities across the enterprise

Send calendar invitations, reminders, pre-training materials, and follow-up communications to ensure high engagement and attendance
