Enhance and deliver existing onboarding programs, both online and in person, to ensure new employees are effectively integrated and equipped for field readiness.Facilitate refresher training sessions to reinforce knowledge, maintain compliance, and support continuous performance improvement.Collaborate with the L&D Manager in planning, organizing, and executing training initiatives aligned with business needs.Develop and maintain materials, presentations, and learning resources in collaboration with the L&D Manager.Coordinate training logistics, including scheduling, communication, and participant tracking.Partner with PEx managers and key stakeholders to identify learning needs and support training implementation.Monitor training effectiveness and gather feedback to continuously improve learning programs.Provide administrative and operational sup...
