Lead the design and execution of a comprehensive learning and development strategy for the insurance distribution channel, ensuring alignment with business goals and driving performance across the agency network.

• Design and implement a comprehensive capability development strategy that supports sales and agency channel goals and stakeholder requirements.
• Build and strengthen organizational capability, including people, processes, tools, and structure, to effectively deliver training and development programs.
• Drive continuous improvement by adopting modern learning approaches, digital tools, industry trends, and evolving learner needs.
• Develop and deliver targeted training programs for sales teams, agency leaders, and new distribution models.
• Partner with internal business units to support cross‑functional learning initiatives and ensure alignment with business priorities.
