Danube Group is looking for an Assistant Manager – Training to plan, design, coordinate, and deliver learning initiatives across the organization. The role aims to enhance employee competencies, improve performance, and support business objectives through structured programs and digital learning.

You will lead TNA, design sales training for showroom teams, manage calendars, deliver sessions, create materials, and evaluate impact with KPIs.
