About the Role
**Description**
We are looking for a result-oriented and proactive individual to join the HR team. This role will be responsible for coordinating and driving Learning ,Development and Employee Wellness initiatives that support capability building, enhance productivity, and strengthen overall employee experience.
Learning and Development
+ Coordinate end-to-end execution of training programs aligned to business capability requirements
+ Support training lifecycle including Training Need Identification (TNI), program logistics, content coordination, and session execution
+ Facilitate logistics for internal training sessions including nominations, scheduling, venue/virtual coordination, and participant communication
