Learning Coach

28 hours a week over 38 weeks a year - Term Time Only

The role of Learning Coach is a rewarding one, as you will support and mentor learners with social, emotional, and mental health needs, a disability, learning difficulty or medical condition, and/or with ESOL, English and Maths support needs, to enable them to successfully complete their qualifications, course and where appropriate, education, health and care plan (EHCP) outcomes.

These are fantastic opportunities for anyone looking to begin a career in education, especially for those who are recent graduates and looking to become a Teacher.

Experience is not essential but it would be beneficial if you have worked with young people or adults who have social, emotional and mental health needs.
