About the Role

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or related course.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Training / Learning & Development.
  • Learning & Development, Training Facilitation, or HR-related certifications are an advantage.
  • Exposure to training coordination, facilitation, or LMS.
  • Experience in administrative or HR support roles.
  • Basic knowledge of training processes and L&D concepts.
  • Good coordination and organizational skills.
  • Basic facilitation and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail‑oriented and results‑focused.
  • Ability to follow processes and timelines.
