About the Role
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or related course.
- 1–3 years of experience in Training / Learning & Development.
- Learning & Development, Training Facilitation, or HR-related certifications are an advantage.
- Exposure to training coordination, facilitation, or LMS.
- Experience in administrative or HR support roles.
- Basic knowledge of training processes and L&D concepts.
- Good coordination and organizational skills.
- Basic facilitation and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
