About the Role
Job Summary
Manager, HR CoE Learning, Leadership Development and Scholarship (2 years contract)
- Be the clusters Project Manager for MOH Job Skills and Training (JST) project to ensure the scope and requirements agreed with MOH are met.
- Be the operations interface across all hospitals/specialty centres/polyclinics within the cluster and MOH.
- Be the interface for cluster vis-a vis the other cluster Project Managers.
- Provide guidance, plan, monitor, and manage funding and resources of the MOH JST project.
- Oversee the planning, implementation and management of initiatives and solutions (incl. contingency planning), and provide timely report of performance updates to ensure objectives of the MOH JST project and key milestones are met.
- Oversee the audit activities as required by MOH.
- Oversee funding/claim submission to MOH.
- Assist to carry out any other duties as assigned
