About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with teachers to understand the progression of students and provide actionable feedback to parents.
  • Provide excellent customer experience to increase satisfaction, growth, and retention.
  • Develop and follow up with customers, maintaining strong relationships.
  • Work towards achieving service excellence and meeting monthly KPIs.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, teaching, call center, telesales, and/or account management.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Highly customer‑centric, understanding and profiling customers’ needs.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team player.
  • Fluency in Mandarin (reading, writing, speaking) to handle Mandarin‑speaking customers.
  • Resourceful and able to perform well under pressure.
