Lean Six Sigma Change Agent | Quality & Lean Lead

EMIRATES GLOBAL ALUMINIUM (EGA) in Abu Dhabi is seeking a seasoned professional to serve as a change agent in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma projects. You will coach, mentor, and lead initiatives to promote business efficiencies across multiple departments.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification, and have at least 6 years of experience in Lean Management within heavy manufacturing industries. Strong leadership and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.
