LEAN INDUSTRY 4.0 TRANSFORMATION EXPERT

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement manufacturing 4.0 improvements in the perimeter of ISA production areas, optimizing the processes with the use of new technologies and digitalization tools.
• Automation of single operations and sub-assemblies to bypass multi configuration and technical complexity.
• Integration of automated operations, assisted manufacturing and digital inspection to create semi-automated assisted workstations.

Qualifications

• Must have minimum 3 years' experience in manufacturing, product definition, industry 4.0 environment with a demonstrated history of results, which include completed projects, and the usages of digital technologies.
• Focus on results, analytical skills, leadership skills, teamwork, effective communication, identification of problems and alternative solutions, interpersonal relationships and innovation focus.
