About the Role
Direct the future of donor engagement as the Associate Director of Donor Stewardship at The Royal Conservatory. This role enables strategic crafting of stewardship experiences in a hybrid environment.
As a key member of RCM’s Stewardship team, you will lead the development and management of innovative donor recognition strategies. Collaborate across departments to ensure that stewardship efforts create meaningful connections with donors. This senior role requires a capacity for strategic thinking and relationship management in a not-for-profit context.
