Subject matter expert in measuring and optimizing frontend performance on e-commerce websites to improve ease of use (usability) and create the best user experience by exploring many different approaches to solve end-users' problems.Most important job responsibilities for this specific position:- Collaborating with Product Managers and developers to understand our product strategy & implement innovative consumer experiences.
- Perform consumer behavior analysis/research to construct user journeys.
- Lead frontend performance optimization initiatives and provide expertise on Lighthouse and Core Web Vitals.
- Contribute on design systems & style guides adhering to WCAG standards.
- Develop wireframes & prototypes; conduct user testing & continuously iterate on these designs to make increasingly effective solutions.
