This position is responsible for analyzing learning needs, collaborating with subject matter experts, and creating instructional materials that align with organizational goals and project deliverables. The designer will apply adult learning principles and instructional design best practices to produce high-quality video training, eLearning, and blended learning programs using tools such as Articulate 360 and Camtasia.
