Lead Technician-Upton

The Shift Lead is a hands-on, working lead responsible for day-to-day coordination of a shift crew and for operating controls at the Upton Demonstration Plant. Under the direct guidance of RER management and project consultants, this role ensures that all automated and manual systems are operated strictly in accordance with established protocols. You will be responsible for running plant controls and directing the Technicians while actively performing the same manual labor, piping construction, and sampling tasks as the Technicians.
