**Job Description Summary**
Manage the buying of Hydro Mechanical Components including Heavy Welded Structure / Castings & Forgings / Carbon & Stainless Steel Plates / Standard Hardware’s, Fasteners & Off Shelve Items as per the Drawing & Specification according to Sourcing Rules & Regulations using best practices, negotiation skills & integrity and involving all stake holders (projects, quality & procurement specialist) to deliver the right quality product at right time to the Customer within Budget in align with SQDC.

+ Ensure the Cost Competitiveness by mandatorily following the SQDC on all aspect
+ Build a strong GEV-Supplier business relationship with Integrity & Compliance.
+ Review the PR’s allocated (Global & Regional) and float RFQ through OSCAR and align with GCL (Global Commodity Leader) and PS (Procurement Specialist).
