  Description 
 We are looking for an experienced Soft Skills Trainer to join our EPAM L&D team. Your role will be to design and facilitate training programs that help nurture our talent pools skillsets while fostering a lifelong learning culture. Your focus will be developing leadership and soft skills across the organization, adapting approaches to suit audiences at all levels including company leadership team.

  Responsibilities 
 Training Delivery & Facilitation: Deliver engaging and impactful training programs on leadership and soft skills amounting to 40 hours per month both online and offline in Hyderabad
 Pre-and Post-Training Support: Provide support throughout the learning journey, from dispatching pre-training materials to offering constructive review post-training
