Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Lead Architect to join our architectural team working on real estate development projects including:

Project Types

• Renovation and adaptation of existing buildings
• Commercial spaces (sports, entertainment, services)
• Care facilities such as nursing homes
• Residential projects (single and multi-family)

Role Responsibilities

• Leading and organizing the work of architects
• Managing BIM models in ArchiCAD
• Coordinating architectural documentation
• Managing project workflows through ClickUp
• Supporting architectural concepts and design development
• Coordinating with engineering disciplines

• Strong experience with ArchiCAD / BIM
