As a Lead Rigger/Scaffolder at Wilmar Sugar & Renewables, you’ll take the lead in coordinating a small team to safely deliver rigging and scaffolding activities across site operations. This hands-on leadership role combines technical expertise with mentoring and team support, ensuring work is completed efficiently and to a high standard. 

This position is initially based at Victoria Mill in the Herbert Region, offering the opportunity to work within a close-knit team in one of North Queensland’s key agricultural and manufacturing regions. You’ll play an important role supporting maintenance and production operations while contributing to a strong culture of safety and continuous improvement. 

Your Role in Action 

• Lead the Team – Provide day-to-day leadership, mentoring, and guidance to the rigging and scaffolding crew to ensure safe and efficient task completion.
