Lead Producer - (Contract) Malaysia

At Side , we believe great games are born from collaboration, clarity, and creativity. We’re looking for a Lead Producer to join our internal Unity project team in Malaysia. You’ll drive the production process, aligning teams across disciplines to deliver exceptional results on time and at quality.

You’ll serve as the connective tissue between art, engineering, and design, setting priorities, managing milestones, and ensuring smooth communication between global stakeholders. You will initially focus on an internal project but will evolve into a co-development (codev) services role , supporting external partners and projects once the internal phase concludes.
