Lead Power Generation Engineer

Responsibilities

• Manage diverse solar PV and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects throughout development and delivery for utility‑scale developers in New Zealand
• Lead or contribute to owner's engineering, due diligence, lenders technical advisory and design services
• Take ownership of projects post‑onboarding, ensuring client satisfaction under your autonomy
• Demonstrate strong management and communication skills while collaborating with clients and internal specialists
• Develop strong relationships with both clients and internal specialists to deliver successful project outcomes based on project needs and availability

Requirements

• Ideally a minimum of 6 years’ experience in the power industry and 3 years in the commercial or utility‑scale solar PV sector
