The Role

We're looking for someone who gets excited about using AI and technology to make work better — not just more automated, but genuinely more human. In this role, you'll own our People tech stack and use AI to take the friction out of the processes that slow our teams down, so we can spend more time on what actually matters: our people.

This is a builder role. You'll shape how AI transforms the way our People team operates — from smarter hiring to better insights to smoother day‑to‑day experiences for everyone at Aiven.
