The front office lead demonstrates capability to complete all scheduling / front office combination tasks. In addition, the lead will be accountable to overseeing the front office operations, ensuring compliance with policy and procedure, orientation / training of new employees, participate in evaluation process and maintaining a professional environment.

**Required Qualifications:**



+ 4 years Front office experience in an acute or ambulatory setting.

+ 2 years Leadership or supervisory experience.
