The Role

As a Lead Client Specialist you ll be the on-floor leader of our front-of-house team setting the tone for service professionalism and member care. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on execution team support and consistency rather than office-based management. Youll work closely with coaches facilities and operations to ensure members feel welcomed supported and looked after from arrival to departure. This role offers a clear pathway into broader responsibility for the right person.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead by example on the front desk and recovery floor delivering premium service daily
  • Support train and guide Client Specialists to uphold service and brand standards
  • Oversee daily FOH operations including:
  • Member check-in and support
  • Recovery suite scheduling and coordination
