About the Role

Lead IT QA Analyst, Assurant, GCC-India  
The QA Lead is responsible for overseeing the quality assurance activities within the organization, ensuring that software meets the highest standards of quality and reliability. This role involves leading a team of QA engineers, developing testing strategies, and collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless product releases. 
This position will be in Hyderabad at our India location.  
Work Timings: 3:30 PM IST ~ 12:30 AM IST.  
What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?  
Lead, mentor, and guide a team of QA engineers, fostering a culture of quality and excellence (20%) 
Design and develop comprehensive test plans, test cases to ensure thorough coverage of features (10%)
