Job Summary
Lead IAM operations ensuring secure, scalable, and compliant identity services across enterprise environments. Drive service delivery, manage teams, and act as a key client-facing stakeholder for IAM programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end IAM operations including provisioning, de-provisioning, and access governance
- Act as primary client interface for IAM service delivery and escalations
- Manage and mentor IAM operations teams to ensure SLA adherence and delivery excellence
- Drive incident, problem, and change management processes
- Ensure compliance with security policies, audit, and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams for identity integration and improvements
