Lead Full Stack Developer

**This position follows our hybrid-friendly schedule, so you get the best of both worlds – flexibility and collaboration. In-office days will be 2-3 averaging 10-12 days per month in our St Petersburg, FL Corporate Office.**

**Responsibilities:**

+ Lead the design , development and delivery of cutting edge Supervisory Technology solutions.
+ Collaborate with Supervisory business , Business Analysts , Project Managers and Cross team to ensure alignment with business goals and technical standards.
+ Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and team members.
+ Participate in code reviews, system testing, and validation procedures.
+ Ensure adherence to best practices in software engineering, including CI/CD, modular design, and secure coding standards.
