Key Responsibilities
Lead capability-building initiatives across internal and external manufacturing partners, factory teams, and deployment planning to improve execution, compliance, and operational performance
Drive deployment and adoption of new tools, processes, governance routines, and operating model changes across manufacturing sites and partner networks
Build and standardize factory capability frameworks, playbooks, and review cadences that improve consistency and accountability
Partner with cross-functional teams to align priorities, manage interdependencies, and remove barriers to successful deployment
Identify performance gaps, operational losses, and capability needs, then translate findings into practical improvement plans
Support internal and external manufacturers and factory teams in adopting new standards and sustaining required ways of working
