Lead Engineer - Mechanical (Industrial Lighting)

**What you’ll do:**

The primary responsibility of this role is to lead New Product Introduction (NPI) initiatives for Industrial LED Lighting portfolios within GEIS. The role provides technical leadership, coaching, and domain expertise to GEIS NPI teams, ensuring successful execution of product design, certification, and portfolio delivery. The position demands strong engineering acumen, hands-on design experience, and leadership capability, with a proven ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and deliver compliant, high-performance lighting products for global markets.
