Overview

Lead key engineering activities for high‑impact energy infrastructure projects across Linxon's portfolio, including switchgear, battery storage, rail and infrastructure, data centers, offshore and onshore wind, and more.

Responsibilities

• Lead all in‑house and outsourced engineering work from proposal through construction, ensuring every project meets contract expectations and technical excellence.
• Manage the engineering budget, driving smart cost‑control decisions to keep projects financially strong.
• Keep engineering schedules on track with a focus on on‑time delivery, high‑quality outputs, and disciplined project costs.
• Define the project's technical direction by developing design criteria and maintaining an accurate deliverables list.
