Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of scalable RPA solutions aligned with business needs
• Translate processes into automation architectures and future-state designs
• Manage stakeholders and communicate technical concepts clearly
• Ensure code quality, standards, and reusable frameworks
• Oversee project delivery, planning, and risk management using Agile
• Mentor engineers and support team capability development

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• 14+ years of experience in Technology, with 6+ years in RPA
• Hands‑on experience with RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate)
• Strong background in automation design, development, and solution architecture
• Experience in client‑facing and stakeholder management roles
