Lead electrical engineer

Key Responsibilities Lead the planning, design, and delivery of HV power distribution and transmission substations and overhead lines (33k V–765k V). Manage multiple projects, ensuring engineering deliverables, technical specifications, BOQs, calculations, and design documentation are completed to required standards. Develop and present concept and detailed designs to clients and technical review forums for approval. Coordinate with stakeholders, multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and clients to ensure successful project execution. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers, designers, and drafters. Support project execution through design reviews, construction support, FAT/SAT activities, commissioning, and resolution of technical queries. Prepare tender submissions, EOIs, quotations, and contribute to business development and company growth initiatives.
